We were running a team blog from the beginning of the project where we were posting all the notes, files, showing progress of each person and having discussions. I found it very helpful as I could see the progress of the project, who is doing what and get pretty quick response. We didn’t have this in our previous project and I believe that is one of things which made us (definitely me) less stressed as I could track progress of the project. Also as two of us have still problems with connection to the school server this was great solution of problem how to get all needed files accessible to everyone.
